The one who LIKED everything

I think facebook kinda sucks but I guess it's what people think is "in" right now but will eventually fade away. Before you invest all of your precious time in Facebook, there's something you have got to understand.
I can accept anyone’s friend request from facebook…. only if he doesn’t pronounce it as ‘PHASEBOOK’. That was the only basic facebook rule i came up with the moment i signed up when people where still fishing [Jhak maaaring] on orkut land. But then that Blue rule was tore apart from a complexomatic irritating guy – ‘def’. Well…. Fuck rules. Rules are made to be broken. As if it were true, but atleast lets not break and brutally fuck with axioms[a universally accepted principle] then, huh?

This ‘def’ seriously sounded like a guy who might have misunderstood the "PHASEBOOK”.  I still remember that golden period where Facebook introduced ‘Groups’ feature which made friends have real talking, real sharing and real chatting. Every fucking groups started booming. School group, college group, society group, project group, virgin group, kindergarten etc. This story is concerned with a department group – IT group, where I was a part of. The same group where, sadly, ‘def’ too was a part and parcel :P Lets take heed to understand the point I am talking about – “I hate people who "like" EVERYTHING”, and I am obviously talking about Facebook here.

I guess that being unemployed [a drop in engineering life] gave him lots of free time to screw around on the internet[Facebook and ....maybe just Facebook]. So he was a FB addict? Not really. He did’t really 'like' any of it. He actually didn't understood anything and used to use the right [He’s a righty] click of his mouse [Used mouse along with Laptop] to pretend he ‘understands’ the stuff. Virtual Life on FB was good when ‘def’ was waiting for his results and was liking statuses, pics, videos, polls. And then he Failed.

And that gave him an even more time to waste liking statuses completely irrelevant to him . Literally he was just sitting on his ass knowing nothing of the kickass stuff going on in college and yet managing to like every-bit of thing completely unknown to him. Not just likes, there were comments from his side too! Let me give some examples –
“Waah. LOL”
“LOL.”
“HAHAH”
That explains it. Or maybe not. Well ...the reason I named him ‘def’ in this story is because he uses ‘abc-def’ name on his FB timeline, ‘abc’ being the name of the friend whom he considers of being much more than his real brother, that real that he even likes each and every comment posted on ‘abc’’s status update including status update. ABC-DEF sounds cool NO? Maybe that was the trend during that time. Now let me check his profile... Yes, he still thinks its a trend >_< and no... i wont give you his Profile URL.

Then, a time came when new girls entered [took admission] our IT department and started socializing [still talking about FB]. This ‘def’ who has entered “WORKED at SHIVAJI MANDAL” in his FB didn't even spare her whom he has never met with and there started a giant thread of throwing him out of FB group. Unfortunately, he wasn’t kicked out :(  But he became Manmohan Singh right from next day itself and the most productive part – He quit engineering, not because of our plot to bully him or something but of the realization that he was interested in something and decided to pursue that.
Facebook got really better, we were cured from this bacteria but little did we knew that he infact was a virus and had infected a girl – ‘Saya’. Saya became the new 'def' and i am just waiting for the perfect moment to start another thread in her name. As if her favourite movie was ‘Doodh ka Karz’ she never fails to remind us of that ‘def’ who still inspires us in teaching "how to piss people just by liking them."
